A building designed to be mix use as a residential areas for 45

 single-family housing ,commercial areas ,office spaces creating

 a new form of open architecture facades that connects the inside 

to the charming Nile revere 

a large opening where light and air from the waterfront flow through

 into the  house The building's metal facade is perforated in 

a modern pattern. This design is both beautiful and performative
